Qualifications Active BCBA certification meeting PDE requirements Minimum residency within 35 minutes of assigned site, with reliable personal transportation Comfortable working with moderate to severe needs and behavior challenges Commitment to the full ESY (Extended School Year) schedule: June 23, 2025 - July 30, 2026, Monday-Thursday, 8:45am-2:45pm Understanding of PA DOE credentialing process (allow approximately 14 days) Strong communication, adaptability, and punctuality Responsibilities Implement evidence-based behavioral programs and support for students (ESY schedule) Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families Adapt to changing site assignments and caseloads as needed Provide direct BCBA-related services and professional guidance Benefits & Perks Non-taxable stipends and support for travel Comprehensive healthcare coverage and 401(k) Job security in a specialized, in-demand field Opportunities for adventure and personal growth throughout Bucks County Are you ready to expand your impact, enhance your expertise, and enjoy the exciting journey of a travel BCBA position?
