Behavior Technician

Behavior Technician Make an Impact with Imagination ABA Therapy! We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our team at Imagination ABA Therapy. As a Behavior Technician, you will have the opportunity to work closely with children and families, delivering 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, and community settings.

Compensation:

BT Rate:

$22-$25/hour RBT Rate (if certified): $24-$28/hour Paid training opportunities available Career growth encouraged and supported

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, or community settings Follow treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA Collect data and document client progress Create a safe, engaging, and positive session environment Communicate with families and supervisors effectively

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required Previous experience with children or ABA therapy preferred RBT certification a plus, but not required Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally Ability to pass background checks Candidates must be willing to travel within New Jersey to client locations, within a reasonable distance from your home
