Job Description
Job description We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students in an elementary school autistic support classroom in the Hanover, Pennsylvania area . This is a full-time, school-based position working closely with the classroom teacher and support staff to assist students in a 3rd and 4th grade autistic support classroom . The RBT will provide behavioral support, assist with implementation of behavior plans, and help facilitate a structured, supportive learning environment for students with autism. Key Responsibilities Provide behavioral and instructional support to students in a 3rd and 4th grade autistic support classroom Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and strategies under the supervision of a BCBA or school team Assist the classroom teacher with daily classroom operations and routines Support students with behavior regulation, communication, and social skill development Collect and record behavioral data as required Assist with transitions, classroom activities, and structured learning tasks Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to support student success Qualifications Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Experience working with students with autism or developmental disabilities preferred Experience in a school or classroom setting is a plus Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills Ability to follow behavior plans and maintain a structured learning environment Position Details Full-time, school-based position Elementary school setting 3rd & 4th grade autistic support classroom Located in the Hanover, PA area Supportive team environment working alongside classroom teachers and school staff Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in students lives Work in a collaborative and supportive school environment Consistent full-time school schedule If you are passionate about supporting students with autism and enjoy working in a school setting, we encourage you to apply. e are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students in an elementary school autistic support classroom in the Hanover, Pennsylvania area .
