Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification required Experience completing FBAs and developing behavior intervention plans Strong collaboration, communication, and data-driven decision-making skills Ability to provide a redacted FBA sample and professional references upon submission
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct student services across three school campuses Conduct district-wide behavioral observations (including emotional support classrooms) Complete functional behavior assessments and craft effective behavior plans Participate in IEP meetings and work closely with school psychologists and teachers
