We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about delivering high-quality, individualized care to children and families. Requirements Active BCBA certification (REQUIRED) Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Social Work, or related field Minimum of one (1) year of experience working with children and/or adolescents in a behavioral health setting Experience with functional behavior assessments and behavior intervention planning Must meet Pennsylvania IBHS requirements, including one of the following: Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS)++Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Licensed Social Worker (LSW) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Licensed Psychologist Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

You bring strong clinical expertise and take pride in developing effective, evidence-based behavioral interventions. You value collaboration, accountability, and delivering high-quality care that leads to real outcomes. What You'll Do Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) for new and existing clients Develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans Provide behavioral consultation and training to parents, caregivers, and other stakeholders Deliver mobile behavioral health services in alignment with IBHS guidelines and best practices Monitor client progress and collect outcome data to support treatment and reauthorization Provide crisis intervention and behavioral stabilization as needed Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in treatment planning Communicate regularly with providers regarding client progress and outcomes Participate in team meetings, trainings, and program development initiatives Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and organizational standards DTAC is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
