You bring strong clinical expertise and take pride in developing effective, evidence-based behavioral interventions. What You'll Do Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) for new and existing clients Develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans Provide behavioral consultation and training to parents, caregivers, and other stakeholders Deliver mobile behavioral health services in alignment with IBHS guidelines and best practices Monitor client progress and collect outcome data to support treatment and reauthorization Provide crisis intervention and behavioral stabilization as needed Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in treatment planning Communicate regularly with providers regarding client progress and outcomes Participate in team meetings, trainings, and program development initiatives Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and organizational standards DTAC is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
