Job Description
SUMMARY Under the direction of the EIBI Services Supervisor, Lead & Supervising RBT are responsible for supervising the supporting actions of the Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) and monitoring and reporting on key indicators of room s success. In addition, this role directly engages with clients using prepared clinical plans to implement effective strategies with the goals of evoking desired behaviors, weakening undesirable behaviors, continuously assessing and capitalizing on motivation using preferred materials as instructional media, facilitating interactions with peers, and collecting appropriate data. Lead & Supervising RBTs are further responsible for material management, assisting the Behavior Analyst in planning, adapting treatment resources to match client goals, and reviewing data.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Ensures timely and regular completion of room processes (material management, clients session preparation, data collection and transfer, billing, client schedules) Responsible for implementing and monitoring the following processes: Auditing service logs, comparing billing and attendance, client attendance including maximizing and calling off children, scheduling staff and children s sessions, approving staff timecards Identifies, addresses, and manages employee performance discrepancies, disciplinary issues, and training deficiencies for department members Implements performance management practices to result in high performing teams Acts at the hiring manager for direct support staff and coordinates program and room specific onboarding trainings. Assists Behavior Analyst and Assistant Behavior Analyst in delivering professional development content and in coordinating supporting actions of Registered Behavior Technicians to meet client goals. Organizes and runs team meetings, communicates and works collaboratively with staff, and maintains communication with parents, as needed. Implements prepared clinical plans with fidelity to implement effective strategies and collect appropriate data. Demonstrates flexibility, receptiveness to change, tactfulness, patience, and courtesy. Familiarizes self with most recent research/practice in Applied Behavior Analysis and early intervention. Performs other duties, as assigned.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
This position supervises Registered Behavior Technician and Behavioral Health Technician-ABA positions.PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Successful completion through SAPA level 3 training. The following positions or frequent movements are typical of the job: sitting, walking, standing, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, stooping, kneeling, and crawling, often for extended periods of the workday. Performs a variety of duties, able to make judgments and work under high level of stress. Assignment may require the ability to physically move clients during possible physical interventions in order to maintain a safe learning environment. The position requires that an individual be able to learn new tasks quickly and effectively. Job requirements may change frequently. The ability to understand and carry out detailed, involved, instructions is mandatory. Subject to inside environmental conditions.EXPECTED SCHEDULE
This is a minimum full time 40 hour per week position in the clinic setting in accordance with the program schedule and calendar. In addition, this position monitors and responds to messages prior to the start of the daily schedule in accordance with the direct support call off procedures.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
At least one year ABA experience implementing ESDM. Active RBT certification and CPR certification. Successful completion of Vista s crisis intervention training required Associate or bachelor s degree preferred Successful completion of all pre-employment requirementsKNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Clinical Excellence & Fidelity RBT Competency:
Must hold a current, active RBT certification in good standing with the BACB and have demonstrated ability to modify antecedents (discriminative stimuli and motivating operations).ESDM Fidelity:
Demonstrated proficiency in ESDM. Candidates must show evidence of high-fidelity implementation, including data-driven decision-making and the ability to embed learning opportunities within naturalistic play. Positive Affect withLearners:
Ability to maintain high levels of engagement and "joyful learning." The candidate must consistently demonstrate warmth, enthusiasm, and a reinforcing presence that builds strong, trusting bonds with learners.Professionalism & Reliability Attendance & Punctuality:
A proven track record of reliability. LSRBTs are the backbone of the clinic schedule; therefore, minimal unplanned absences and consistent punctuality are required to ensure continuity of care.Professional Conduct:
Acts as a role model in professional attire, communication, and demeanor. This includes the ability to remain calm and objective during high-intensity behavioral crisis situations. Leadership & Team Dynamics Rapport withCo-workers:

This includes providing constructive feedback to peers, supporting new hires, attention to team dynamics and course correction to resolve conflicts with a solution-oriented mindset.Mentorship Capabilities:
Willingness to lead by example by providing real-time modeling of clinical techniques for new staff, ability to identify areas of training and development for supervisees and arranging opportunities for training.Ethics & Compliance BACB Ethical Compliance:
Uncompromising adherence to the RBT Ethics Code (2.0). This includes maintaining professional boundaries, protecting client confidentiality (HIPAA), and timely reporting to supervising BCBAs.Documentation Standards:
