Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Make a real difference in educational environments by utilizing your Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) expertise to support students and staff. This contract opportunity allows you to demonstrate your passion for positive behavioral change, collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, and provide meaningful contributions to student success.
Key Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification in good standing Experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations is highly valued Strong understanding of functional behavior assessments and behavior intervention plans Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with educators, parents, and other professionals Ability to train and support staff in behavior strategies and data collection Collaborative, adaptive, and solution-focused mindset
What You'll Be Doing:
Conduct functional behavior assessments in classroom and small-group settings Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans Work directly with teachers and support staff to ensure consistent implementation of behavioral strategies Provide training, modeling, and feedback on applied behavior analysis best practices Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and make necessary adjustments Participate in IEP meetings and support the integration of behavioral goals and interventions Serve as a valued resource within the school community, promoting evidence-based approaches
