Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract A rewarding contract opportunity is available for experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support ESY programming in a school-based setting near Norristown, PA. These positions are ideal for individuals dedicated to collaborating with students demonstrating moderate-to-severe needs and who value being placed at locations as close to home as possible.
Qualifications & Experience:
Must hold active BCBA credentials endorsed and recognized by the Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) Previous experience working in a school environment, supporting students with significant behavioral needs, is preferred Ability to work with diverse student populations demonstrating a range of behaviors and learning requirements Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams Must reside within a 35-minute commute of the assigned school location and have reliable transportation Commitment to attend and work the entire ESY program schedule Understanding of PA DOE credentialing timelines (approximately 14 days) Willingness to attend orientation and set-up as required
Responsibilities:
Deliver direct behavioral supports and services in classroom and group settings Monday-Thursday from 8:45am to 2:45pm Work alongside teaching staff in Central Bucks and Samuel Everitt School, Levittown, supporting students and educators with evidence-based practices Complete documentation and maintain records in accordance with program requirements Attend relevant orientations and training sessions as scheduled Participate in classroom placement assignments, which may vary due to enrollment or student needs This role is set for June 23, 2025, through July 30, 2026, covering crucial ESY instructional dates from June 29 to July 30, 2026.
