Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team at The Rise of Excellence Early Intervention Therapeutic Services as a Licensed Behavior Specialist Consultant and make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and individuals with developmental disabilities. In this role, you will apply evidence-based behavioral therapies to support clients in achieving their personal goals. You will collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to develop tailored treatment plans, conduct comprehensive assessments, and monitor progress through precise data collection. This position offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your expertise in applied behavior analysis (ABA) and behavioral health to foster positive change and promote independence. Responsibilities Conduct diagnostic evaluations, intake assessments, and functional behavior analyses to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment strategies. Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques, including applied behavior analysis (ABA), to support clients with autism and other developmental disabilities. Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to track progress and inform treatment modifications. Provide patient care by performing ongoing assessments, adjusting interventions, and ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and well-being. Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and medical professionals to coordinate care plans aligned with each client's unique needs. Maintain accurate medical documentation, records, and reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical terminology standards. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and supervision to stay current on best practices in behavioral health and special education. Requirements Valid licensure as a Behavior Specialist Consultant or equivalent credential with applicable state licensing boards. Proven experience working with children or individuals with disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder (ASD) for at least 1 year. Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques such as applied behavior analysis (ABA) and special education strategies. Experience in data collection, patient assessment, diagnostic evaluation, and medical documentation. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and privacy of medical records. Excellent communication skills for collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams and families. Ability to perform intake procedures, conduct behavioral health assessments, and utilize medical terminology accurately. Pay:
$38.00 - $45.00 per hour
