r45879-19547 Job Description Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) School-Based Elementary School | Autism Support Program | Full-Time and Part Time Available About the Opportunity ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students in an elementary school autism support program. This position serves a K-2 caseload and provides direct behavioral and instructional support to help students achieve academic, social, and behavioral success in the classroom setting. Position Details Elementary school caseload Autism support classroom/program School-based schedule: 9:00 AM 3:30 PM Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers Implement behavior intervention plans and individualized student supports Responsibilities Provide direct one-on-one and small group behavioral support to students with autism and other developmental needs Implement behavior intervention strategies under the guidance of the educational team Collect and maintain accurate behavioral and progress data Support students with academic, communication, social, and daily living skills Assist in promoting positive behavior and a safe learning environment Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success Qualifications Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification required Experience working with children with autism preferred School-based, ABA, or pediatric experience highly preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in a school setting Why Join Us?
