Join us as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Helping Hands Family (HHF) and provide personalized, play-based ABA therapy to help children reach their developmental milestones.
What You'll Be Doing:
» Provide 1-on-1 direct care to children with autism in clinics, at home, or in the community. » Teach daily living and social skills using evidence-based treatments and positive reinforcement. » Implement therapy sessions designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). » Accurately collect behavior data and collaborate with your team to support each child's progress. We're Looking for
Someone With:
✔ A high school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor's degree in a human services area preferred). ✔ Comfort working with children. ✔ The ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, running, and lifting (up to 50 pounds). ✔ Strong communication skills for interacting with clients' families. ✔ Reliable transportation. ✔ Willingness to complete company-provided RBT training and pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire.
