BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST

Join a well-established ABA provider in the Northeast with a strong clinical support model and collaborative team environment. This is a clinic-based role designed to give BCBAs the structure, mentorship, and resources needed to deliver high-quality care and grow professionally.WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Compensation and Incentives $85,000 to $110,000 base salary Up to $20,000 in bonus potential Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available Schedule and Caseload Up to 10 clients Structured within a 40-hour workweek Approximately 28 billable hours per week Billable hours are not tied to compensation Clinical Support Clinical Directors and Regional Directors of Quality Ongoing mentorship and case consultation Collaborative team of peer BCBAs Work Environment Fully equipped clinics with sensory rooms and therapy tools Spaces designed to support engaging, effective treatment RBT Support Structured internal training programs Teams aligned with clinical goals and expectations Growth and Benefits CEU stipend and ongoing development opportunities Clear path for advancement Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with match PTO and Paid Family LeaveWHAT YOU WILL DO
Provide evidence-based ABA services to children with autism Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Work primarily with children ages 2 to 18, most under 6 Supervise and support a team of RBTs (typically up to 5) Monitor progress and adjust programming as needed Collaborate with clinical leadership on best practices Maintain ethical and compliant documentationWHAT YOU WILL NEED
Active BCBA certification State licensure where required ABA experience (RBT background a plus) Strong communication and collaboration skills Commitment to ethical, client-centered careJob Type:
