This position will primarily support students in the Kindergarten through 2nd grade autistic support program, collaborating with educators and school staff to promote student success, independence, and positive behavior.

Monday-Thursday, 7:45 AM-3:30
PM Friday:
7:45 AM-1:30 PM early dismissal School-Based Setting Provide behavioral support and intervention services to students within the autistic support program. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior support strategies. Collaborate with teachers, related service providers, and school staff to support student needs. Collect and analyze behavioral data to monitor progress and guide interventions. Provide consultation and recommendations related to behavior, classroom strategies, and student support. Support the development and implementation of positive behavioral interventions. Communicate effectively with the educational team and participate in meetings as appropriate. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and professional requirements. Qualifications Current Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) credential in Pennsylvania. Experience working with children with autism and/or developmental disabilities preferred. School-based experience is a plus. Strong collaboration and communication skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary educational team. Why Kelly Pediatric Therapy?
