Join us as a Clinical Behavior Consultant (LBS/BCBA) at Steady Strides Behavior Solutions where we're not just offering a job; we're inviting you to lead a community that values growth, compassion, and the power to create positive change! In this vital role, you'll lead behavioral intervention programs, conduct comprehensive assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans for children and individuals with autism spectrum disorder. Your expertise will drive positive outcomes, and allow children to make steady strides towards a brighter future! Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and develop tailored intervention strategies. Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques, including applied behavior analysis (ABA), to promote skill development and reduce challenging behaviors. Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to track progress and inform treatment adjustments. Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions. Maintain accurate medical records, patient files, and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards. Participate in intake processes by evaluating new clients' needs and establishing initial treatment plans. Provide ongoing training and support to staff and caregivers on behavioral strategies, data collection methods, and medical terminology relevant to client care. Duties Design clients' roadmaps by Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and writing IBHS-compliant Individual Treatment Plans (ITPs). Develop, implement, and monitor personalized behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles, and the client's specific strengths, weaknesses, and needs. Provide compassionate training & supervision to behavior technicians and caregivers in regards to behavioral therapy techniques Educate families and caregivers on behavioral health strategies, fostering a supportive environment for growth
Requirements Current PA Licensure:
Must hold an active Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) license .
Advanced Certification:
BCBA certification is strongly preferred (or candidates actively sitting for the exam).
Master's Degree:
In Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Special Education.
Expertise:
Experience conducting FBAs and navigating PA IBHS regulations. A Passion for
