REQUIREMENTS
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field and be recognized as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Be licensed as a Behavior Specialist/Analyst. A valid driver's license with proof of car insurance and a good driving record is required.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Ability to start working in a part time role, where needed, as we develop and grow your caseload. Deliver exceptional, consumer-focused, evidence-based treatment through ethical interactions. Complete initial evidence-based assessments and reassessments per deadline. Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans, facilitating skill transfer to all caregivers. Maintain and complete data collection and treatment records. Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of behavior technicians. Review all session notes and data taken by BT's to monitor client progress and BT proficiency. Provide parent training. Maintain a positive working relationship with the client's family and respond to guardian questions in a timely and professional manner. Facilitate team meetings and collaborate with parents, team members, and professionals to ensure optimal client progress and outcomes. Supervise BT's and BCBA candidates in accordance with BACB. Attend and complete mandatory trainings as directed by OHMSAS, agency and managed care providers Maintain confidentiality of all clients as well as following HIPAA laws Must be able to travel to client home, school or other settings to provide services. Conduct onsite assessments to identify ABA Therapists' clinical competency and fidelity of treatment procedures. Clearances, First/Aid CPR, and Mandated Reporter training will be required prior to start date.
