Monday to Friday, no weekends About the Team The Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program at The Children's Institute of Pittsburgh provides comprehensive and holistic services for children with autism and related disorders between the ages of 18 months to 21 years old. We offer a range of programs, including both individual and Group Therapy to best meet the needs of each child. We provide individual and group ABA services in a clinical setting. Parent training is a key part of our program and can occur in person in the clinic or via telehealth. The ABA program collaborates directly with in-house speech, occupational therapy, physical therapy, behavioral health, and nutrition/feeding programs where appropriate. About the Position The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) provides on-to-one Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services to children, youth, and young adults with autism in a center-based setting. The BCBA works collaboratively with the Clinical Director and interdisciplinary team members involved in the care and treatment of the clients including speech, occupational, and any related therapies.Qualifications:
Master's Degree is required. Must be a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. Certification must be maintained. Must be licensed in PA as psychologist, social worker, behavior specialist, or nurse practitioner. Experience working with clients age 2-21 years with ASD diagnosis. Two years experience working in IBHS (BHRS) or clinic setting. Act 33/34 Clearances, & FBI Clearance Current and valid certification in CPR and First Aid is required (will provide training).
