Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) beginning August 26, 2026. This full-time position allows you to make a meaningful difference in a school-based environment near Pittston, PA. Utilize your expertise to support students, collaborate with educators, and design evidence-based intervention plans tailored to individual needs.
Key Qualifications:
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required Prior experience providing behavioral assessment and intervention in educational settings preferred Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and school-based best practices Excellent communication and collaborative skills for working with diverse teams, students, and families Ability to develop and implement Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA), Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP), and staff training
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and analyze behavioral data to identify student needs Create and monitor individualized behavior support plans Provide direct services to students while modeling effective strategies for school staff Train and support teachers, paraprofessionals, and families in implementing ABA strategies Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Maintain accurate records and progress notes to ensure compliance with school policies and best practices
