Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Step into a fulfilling opportunity as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) making a meaningful impact in schools throughout the West Chester, PA area and surrounding communities. This contract role runs for the 2026-2027 school year and focuses on providing leave coverage for a valued BCBA team member. You'll join a collaborative environment with three onsite BCBAs and dedicated clinical coordinators, supporting a specialized Level III Autism program. With approximately 67 students and 15 classrooms, your expertise will shape daily success for both learners and staff. In this dynamic campus setting, your work will include: Key Qualifications & Desired Experience Active BCBA certification School-based ABA experience strongly preferred Confident in conducting and interpreting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) Ability to collect and analyze classroom data with attention to detail Skilled in collaborative, team-based approaches Professionalism and compassion working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorders Primary Responsibilities Observing and coaching students throughout the Level III Autism program Collaborating with a team of BCBAs and clinical coordinators to develop effective behavior intervention plans Collecting and tracking data from classroom observations; providing actionable feedback Serving as a key connector with the crisis response team as behavioral needs arise Coaching and supporting classroom staff, fostering a positive learning climate Highlights & Perks Up to 30 flexible hours per week for greater work-life balance Opportunity to collaborate with a highly qualified, multidisciplinary BCBA team Competitive compensation—hourly pay starts at $50 per hour and above Make a positive difference every day within this tight-knit educational community while expanding your clinical skillset.
