Required Qualifications:

Must hold active BCBA certification Experience implementing and supervising behavior intervention plans Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred Strong communication and collaborative skills Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments

Key Responsibilities:

Provide support and supervision for grades 1-8 throughout the school year (September-June) Work Monday to Friday, 8:00am-3:00pm, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop targeted intervention plans Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success Provide staff and parent training to ensure consistency across environments Collect, analyze, and monitor behavioral data to inform program decisions
