Fast-Growing Company , is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our multidisciplinary team. In this in-field leadership role , you will oversee ABA programming, conduct assessments, design behavior plans, and supervise BHTs/RBTs while working closely with families across the Philadelphia area. Our approach is play-based, collaborative, and family-centered , focused on helping children thrive in real-world settings.
