Job Description

We're looking for a dedicated and dependable Registered Behavior Technician to join our team. This role is hands-on and people-focused—you'll be supporting individuals with developmental or behavioral challenges in building real-world skills that improve their daily lives. You'll work directly under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to carry out individualized behavior plans and track meaningful progress.
What You'll Do:
Work one-on-one or in small groups to implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans Collect accurate data on client progress during each session Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills Follow behavior strategies consistently, while maintaining a calm and professional approach Communicate clearly with the supervising BCBA and report updates or observations Participate in team meetings and training sessions to maintain certification and continue professional growth Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions
What We're Looking For:
Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain it within a set timeframe) Experience working with children, teens, or adults in an educational or behavioral support setting preferred Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills Ability to follow detailed plans while staying flexible to individual client needs Dependable, punctual, and committed to consistency in support
