Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Bring your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to a collaborative school environment in the West Chester, PA region and surrounding areas for the 2026-2027 school year. This contract role covers leave for a core BCBA staff member, offering the opportunity to work alongside a dedicated team including three other BCBAs and clinical coordinators. You'll be part of a specialized campus supporting approximately 67 students across 15 classrooms, focused on Level III Autism. In this role, you will provide vital support with up to 30 hours per week. All students have Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) in place, ensuring that behavior intervention is grounded in best-practice methodologies. You'll be working closely with staff and the crisis response team, collecting classroom data, providing coaching and observation, and supporting ongoing improvement for both students and programs.
Key Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification Previous experience working in a school setting, particularly with students with autism or similar needs Strong skills in conducting and interpreting FBAs Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and communicate effectively Flexibility to provide coverage as needed for leave periods Passion for supporting students with complex behavioral and educational needs
Primary Responsibilities:
Observe, assess, and coach students and staff in classroom settings Collect and analyze data to inform behavioral interventions Collaborate daily with fellow BCBAs, clinical coordinators, and support teams Engage with and support the campus crisis response team Foster an inclusive, supportive environment for all learners This role offers an hourly pay rate beginning at $50.
