Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Step into a vital role supporting students' success and well-being as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2026/2027 school year. This contract opportunity spans September through the end of the school year, with consistent Monday through Friday hours of 8:00am to 3:00pm, including a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. Work closely with grades 1-8, creating and implementing behavior intervention strategies to help each student reach their potential in a supportive, educational environment. What we're looking for: Active BCBA certification required Previous experience working with elementary and middle school-aged children strongly preferred Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective behavior intervention plans Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families Solid understanding of data collection, functional behavior assessments, and progress monitoring Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team Your responsibilities will include: Conducting comprehensive behavioral assessments and writing individualized behavior intervention programs Collaborating with teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers to ensure consistent implementation of plans Supporting students in grades 1-8 with a variety of needs, making adjustments as necessary to foster progress Training and coaching staff on behavioral interventions and best practices Documenting student progress, maintaining detailed records, and participating in IEP meetings as needed Serving as a resource for parent and staff education regarding behavior support Experience the satisfaction of making a measurable difference in students' lives.
