  • RBT•Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding role supporting a high school student as a Registered Behavior Technician for the remainder of the 25/26 academic year, Extended School Year (ESY), and through the 26/27 school year.
This contract opportunity offers the chance to work closely in a 1:1 setting with an 18-year-old male student, making a tangible difference each day. The school is eager to welcome a compassionate and dedicated professional who thrives in a dynamic environment.
Key Qualifications:
Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Previous 1:1 experience with students with disabilities preferred Proven ability to support students who may display physically aggressive behaviors Strong communication and de-escalation abilities Patient, resilient, and adaptable approach
Role Details and Responsibilities:
Provide consistent, individualized support and behavior interventions for one student Assist the student in daily classroom activities and routines Implement individualized behavior plans under the guidance of school staff and BCBA consultants Track and document behavioral data and progress Collaborate with the broader educational team to ensure the student's success Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment at all times
Schedule:
School Year:
Monday
  • Friday, 7:15 am
  • 2:30 pm (now through June 4, 2026, and again for the 26/27 school year)
ESY:
Monday
  • Thursday, 9 am
  • 1 pm (July 1
