Key Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Active state licensure in Pennsylvania (or eligibility) Previous experience with autism or intensive behavioral needs preferred Strong data collection, analysis, and coaching skills Collaborative spirit and crisis response experience
Key Responsibilities:
Provide interim leave coverage for a staff BCBA Collaboratively support approximately 67 students across 15 classrooms Implement and oversee all Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) Collect and analyze classroom data Work with the crisis response team Observe, coach, and mentor students and staff in a Level III Autism program Operate within a dynamic team of BCBAs and clinical leaders
