Job Description

Want to be part of a diverse team with a meaningful purpose? Acclaim Autism is seeking compassionate and dedicated Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team in Lancaster. In this role, you'll work directly with children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), providing one-on-one therapy in clients' homes, schools, community settings, and our clinics. If you're passionate about helping children build meaningful skills and thrive, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Provide one-on-one ABA therapy by implementing individualized treatment plans developed by a clinical supervisor. Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills through evidence-based interventions. Travel to clients' homes, schools, community settings, and clinics to provide services. Learn each client's individualized treatment goals and implement programs with consistency. Collect and record session data using our electronic health record (EHR) system and complete session notes after each shift. Meet regularly with your supervisor for ongoing training, feedback, and professional development. Minimum Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent. At least one year of cumulative experience working or volunteering with children or adolescents. Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software systems. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to successfully complete all required background checks, clearances, and reference checks. Valid driver's license and reliable access to a privately maintained, insured vehicle. Preferred Qualifications Current RBT certification (or willingness to obtain with company support). $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
