Able Minds ABA is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our dedicated team in York, PA. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in providing top-tier Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to our clients. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive ABA treatment plans for clients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) Conduct assessments, behavioral skills training, and data analysis to measure treatment progress Collaborate with other professionals, including Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs), to ensure seamless service delivery Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress, treatment plans, and service delivery Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in
ABA Requirements:
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Minimum 1 year of experience working as a BCBA or BCaBA in ABA therapy Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
