Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated Program Supervisor to provide clinical oversight and case management to behavior technicians, clients, and families under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role includes mid-level supervision responsibilities where allowed by payer sources.
Compensation & Perks Base Pay:
$32.00 - $38.00 per hour (based on experience, skills, and location)

Flexible Scheduling:
Monday to Friday and occasionally Saturdays availability with flexibility in mornings, mid-day, and evenings .

We do not require non-compete agreements or contracts. Employment is at-will and built on mutual trust and flexibility Key Responsibilities Develop treatment goals, materials, and behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision Supervise Behavior Technicians as assigned by a BCBA or Operations Leader Conduct face-to-face supervision and support for assigned caseload Assist in behavioral and skill acquisition assessments Train Behavior Technicians and caregivers on behavior plans and skill development strategies Monitor client progress and the effectiveness of interventions Provide direct services to clients when needed Maintain accurate documentation and perform other duties as assigned Required Qualifications Enrolled or Completed Master's degree in ABA, Social Work, Psychology, Education, Counseling, Criminal Justice, or a related field (Master's in ABA preferred) Completed 12 units of BACB-approved coursework or a minimum of 2 years providing applied behavior analysis to individuals with autism or other developmental diagnoses Experience working in home, school, or community settings Strong communication and computer skills Reliable Transportation and Proof of car insurance Must be at least 18 years old Compliance & Ethics Complete all compliance program requirements and adhere to company policies and legal standards Set a positive example for ethical conduct and compliance across all interactions Report suspected violations through appropriate channels Promote a culture of transparency and accountability Suggest improvements in compliance procedures when appropriate Benefits 401(k) with company matching Flexible schedule Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance Paid sick leave and PTO Paid training and orientation Mileage reimbursement and drive time.
