Job Description
Overview Future Stars is seeking experienced and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans tailored to each client's needs. Conduct assessments and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly. Provide supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other team members. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent and effective service delivery. Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with organizational policies and state regulations. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA). Promote a positive, supportive environment that encourages client growth and development. Requirements Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Prior experience working with clients requiring ABA interventions is preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with families, team members, and community partners. Commitment to ethical standards and client confidentiality.
