Up to $80,000/yr | Flexible Schedule About Therapyland Therapyland is a fast-growing, multidisciplinary pediatric therapy provider with multiple state-of-the-art clinics in the Atlanta area. We're hiring BCBAs to keep up with growing demand at our Alpharetta location. We're offering one of the most flexible, well-compensated clinic-based BCBA roles in the region. Work alongside parents, ABA therapists/Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), OTs, PTs, speech therapists, integrated leadership team and more in a collaborative and supportive environment. You'll have the guidance you need to skyrocket your BCBA career. Pay & Schedule Options Full-Time- 28 billable hours/week — earn up to $115,000/year

- Administer assessments including VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, FBAs, and Functional Analysis
- Develop, implement, and modify behavior plans and skill acquisition protocols
- Collect, review, and use data to guide treatment decisions
- Document progress and complete insurance documentation
- Supervise and support RBTs through feedback, modeling, and data review
- Collaborate with OTs, PTs, and SLPs to coordinate comprehensive care
- Provide parent training and maintain ongoing communication about progress
- Supervise BCBA candidates per the BACB Supervision Contract
- Maintain BACB certification and follow the BACB Ethics Code
- Comply with HIPAA, safety, and professional development requirements Requirements
- Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Active BCBA certification and in good standing with the BACB
- Active Georgia state licensure for BCBA
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Current CPR certification
- Clear criminal background check
- Ability to supervise and support behavior technicians effectively
- Strong organizational skills and openness to feedback
