Work alongside parents, ABA therapists/Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), OTs, PTs, speech therapists, integrated leadership team and more in a collaborative and supportive environment. • 28 billable hours/week — earn up to $115,000/year

• Administer assessments including VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, FBAs, and Functional Analysis
• Develop, implement, and modify behavior plans and skill acquisition protocols
• Collect, review, and use data to guide treatment decisions
• Document progress and complete insurance documentation
• Supervise and support RBTs through feedback, modeling, and data review
• Collaborate with OTs, PTs, and SLPs to coordinate comprehensive care
• Provide parent training and maintain ongoing communication about progress
• Supervise BCBA candidates per the BACB Supervision Contract
• Maintain BACB certification and follow the BACB Ethics Code
• Comply with HIPAA, safety, and professional development requirements Requirements
• Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
• Active BCBA certification and in good standing with the BACB
• Active Georgia state licensure for BCBA
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Current CPR certification
• Clear criminal background check
• Ability to supervise and support behavior technicians effectively
• Strong organizational skills and openness to feedback
