What We Offer Competitive Compensation:

Build your career with clinical autonomy, meaningful support, and a compensation track you can choose. Total earning potential up to 105K Cole offers two salary tracks so you can choose the starting point that fits your experience and transition needs. Track 1 offers a ramp-up period as you learn your new role and settle into Cole s clinical practices. Track 2 is designed for established clinicians whose experience prepares them to step into the role at a fuller pace. Both tracks provide a stable base salary with opportunities to earn additional incentives. Both tracks offer a competitive base salary and opportunities to earn additional incentives every pay period with additional bonus opportunities up to $10,000 annually. Benefits that
