Acclaim Autism is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This position works directly with children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Condition in homes, schools, community settings, and our clinics. The Board Certified Behavior Analyst is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized behavioral treatment plans while collaborating with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to support meaningful outcomes.

BCBA Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To:

Conduct behavioral assessments and functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify client strengths, needs, and target behaviors. Develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavior support and treatment plans based on assessment findings. Provide clinical supervision, guidance, and support to Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians delivering direct services. Monitor client progress through data analysis and make treatment recommendations as needed. Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and other service providers to ensure consistency across environments. Provide parent and caregiver training to promote skill generalization and long-term success. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the electronic health record system. Participate in treatment team meetings and communicate client progress and recommendations. Ensure services are provided in compliance with applicable ethical, professional, and regulatory standards.

Minimum Requirements:

Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field. Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing. Minimum of 3 years of experience working with children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or related developmental disabilities. Knowledge of behavioral assessment, behavior intervention planning, and evidence-based interventions. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with basic computer applications and the ability to learn new systems. Successful completion of all required clearances, background checks, and reference checks. Valid driver's license and daily access to a reliable, privately maintained, and insured vehicle.

Preferred Qualifications:

Current Pennsylvania Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) credential. Experience providing clinical supervision and mentorship to Behavior Technicians (BTs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), or other direct support staff. Experience working across multiple settings, including home, school, clinic, and community environments. Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders, including schools and healthcare providers. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, telehealth platforms, and behavioral data management software. Bilingual or multilingual communication skills. Experience supporting individuals with co-occurring behavioral health, developmental, or mental health needs.
