Job Description

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Pinole, CA Bay Area Behavior Consultants (BABC) is looking for a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team! The BCBA provides therapy and oversight to clients, leadership to clinicians, and ensures alignment with our organization's core values and mission. As part of our team, you'll be a friendly, welcoming ambassador to clients, staff, and visitors—helping us provide exceptional care and create a positive work environment.
What We Are Seeking:
Availability:
PART-TIME/FULL-TIME
, Monday through Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. Conduct thorough functional behavior assessments to develop intensive and effective behavior intervention plans Provide at least 20% of monthly working hours in person Manage a potential caseload of up to 15 clients Demonstrate mastery of ABA principles, theory, methods, and evidence-based practices Consistently attend and actively participate in clinical team meetings Display excellent clinical competence and judgment Train and supervise paraprofessionals in the delivery of 1:1 ABA services No billable requirement; employees are expected to fulfill their scheduled hours based on their full-time status

What You Must Bring:
BCBA certification Master's Degree in ABA or related field Completed training and continuing education required to supervise RBTs CPR certification - in-person only (must be completed within 90 days of hire) Previous supervisory experience preferred Experience in a behavioral or mental health setting preferred Familiarity with standardized skill assessments (e.g., VBMAPP, Vineland 3, EFL, AIM, etc.) Excellent communication skills: ability to collaborate effectively with parents, caregivers, and professionals
