Job Description

We are hiring a part time BCBA for the Holmdel area who can work in in-home settings . Direct Supervision hours are between
Monday-Friday:
8:00am-7:00pm. Treatment Planning hours included and are done when not actively in session. This involves developing behavior plans for the case. We are looking for 7 hours of supervision per week , along with 2 hours of parent training hours and 1 hour of treatment planning . We are approved ACE providers and we provide free training for all employed BCBA's. Our trainings count toward CEU hours!
Qualifications:
Board certification (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board Possession of (or willingness to obtain) up-to-date clearances Proof of individual professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain) Ability to work in-person preferred but workinging remotely is also acceptable.
Position Summary:
The Behavior Analyst (BCBA) supervises and oversees all activities associated with the development and implementation of behaviorally-based skills assessment and the implementation and monitoring of measurable goals. Oversee all aspects of the development and implementation of Behavior Plans; this includes functional behavior assessment/analysis, preference assessments and treatment evaluations. Engage in ongoing data review and analysis to ensure effective programming. Identify training needs of program staff members and develop and conduct those trainings to ensure the ongoing knowledge and ability to effectively implement behavior plans. Conduct team screening evaluations and intake assessments.
