Achieve ABA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our growing Clinical Team! We are a fast-growing, in-home ABA company with consistent referrals and zero waitlist , meaning you can start building your caseload right away . We are seeking a dedicated and goal-driven BCBA looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism and their families. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with individuals with behavioral challenges and will be responsible for assessing, designing and implementing treatment plans for clients. The position includes responsibilities such as treatment planning , remote or in-person clinical supervision , parent training , assessments and team meetings . Our services are delivered in-home, and in schools across Colorado , providing flexibility and opportunities to connect with clients in their everyday environments. At Achieve ABA, you'll be able to focus entirely on clinical excellence , while our dedicated back-office team handles administrative tasks to support your success. Responsibilities as a BCBA Board Certified Behavior Analyst include: Conduct assessments & build treatment plans Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans tailored to client goals Provide remote or in-person clinical supervision to RBTs, ensuring ethical and effective care Analyze data + adjust programs Review notes + maintain clinical quality Conduct remote or in-person parent training sessions Collaborate with families + teams Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care. Work across home, and school settings to provide seamless support to families. Compensation:

Requirements:
Active BCBA Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field Experience in treatment planning, supervision, and parent training preferred. Strong communication, and organizational skills, with a dedication to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism. Passion for creating positive outcomes for children with autism and their families through compassionate and effective care.
