This role supports our Adult Day Program by designing and implementing evidence-based behavior support strategies that promote independence, growth, and community integration. This is a hybrid position with flexible scheduling and no weekends or late evenings, making it a great opportunity for professionals seeking work-life balance while doing meaningful work. Position Summary Under the direction of the Senior Director of Operations, the BCBA will conduct behavioral assessments and functional analyses, develop individualized behavior intervention plans, and oversee the implementation of behavior support strategies. Key Responsibilities Conduct behavioral assessments, functional behavior assessments, and functional analyses Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans Monitor and evaluate participant progress and adjust plans as needed Train and provide ongoing support to staff implementing behavior plans (BCBA's) Supervise behavior plan implementation and ensure adherence to best practices Write clinical recommendation reports and fade-out plans Participate in meetings with Regional Centers, School Districts, and funding sources Collaborate with program leadership to enhance behavior services and practices Review reports and recommend program adjustments Maintain consistent schedules with participants and program staff Required Qualifications Current BCBA, BCaBA or BCBA-T Bachelors or Master's degree in Psychology, Education, or related Human Services field Minimum 1 year of experience working with adults with developmental disabilities or in an adult day program or similar setting
Pay Rates:
