Supervise clients effectively and compassionately, supporting parenting with ABA, collaborating with other professionals, and using clinical tools to make data-driven decisions and quickly update programs. Conduct FBAs and design individualized programs, continuously assessing client needs to help each person reach meaningful goals. Partner with parents to encourage optimal outcomes while minimizing conflict. Engage in clinical collaboration, from weekly supervision meetings to division and IEP meetings. Contribute to problem-solving, share insights confidently, and celebrate successes with your team. What We're Looking For We're seeking a compassionate, curious, and collaborative BCBA who is passionate about ethical ABA practice, mentorship, and continuous learning. You enjoy guiding staff, partnering with families, and applying evidence-based strategies to help clients thrive.
