In this role, you will develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, conduct comprehensive assessments, and provide expert supervision to behavioral health professionals. Your expertise will support individuals across various age groups and settings, including clinical, school, outpatient, inpatient, and telehealth environments. Responsibilities Conduct detailed functional behavior assessments and psychological testing to inform treatment planning. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans aligned with evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care. Provide supervision and mentorship to behavior technicians, therapists, and other clinical staff to ensure high-quality service delivery. Deliver direct client services including mental health counseling, group therapy, and crisis intervention across diverse populations such as children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD), individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders, trauma-related conditions, geriatrics, pediatrics, and addiction counseling. Collaborate with families, schools, hospitals, and other stakeholders to coordinate care plans and ensure comprehensive support for clients. Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinical ethical guidelines. Participate in ongoing research initiatives to enhance treatment efficacy and stay current with advancements in behavioral health interventions. Qualifications Valid BCBA certification with current licensure or certification as required by state or national regulations. Proven experience supervising behavioral health professionals in clinical or community settings. Strong background in mental health diagnostics, psychological testing, and individual psychological assessments. Expertise in evidence-based interventions including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), behavioral health strategies for trauma-related disorders, PTSD care, autism spectrum disorders support, and addiction counseling. Experience working with individuals across the lifespan—children, adolescents, adults—and diverse populations such as geriatrics or those with disabilities. Familiarity with telehealth therapy platforms and delivering services via telehealth modalities. Knowledge of medical records management and compliance with HIPAA standards. Excellent communication skills for client assessment discussions, intake procedures, and client communication strategies. Ability to work effectively in inpatient or outpatient settings while adhering to clinical ethical guidelines.
