Job Description

Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - New Jersey We are seeking a dedicated and experienced BCBA to join our growing ABA team in New Jersey. This part-time position offers flexibility with the option for remote supervision, providing an opportunity to support clients and supervise RBTs while maintaining a flexible schedule. The BCBA will be responsible for developing and overseeing individualized treatment plans, conducting assessments, providing clinical guidance to RBTs, and collaborating with families and team members to support positive outcomes for children with autism.

Compensation:

$85-$95/hour

Qualifications:

Active BCBA certification required Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA treatment plans Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Commitment to ethical, evidence-based ABA practices This is an excellent opportunity for a BCBA seeking part-time hours, additional clinical work, or the flexibility of remote supervision while making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families.
