As a BCBA, you will lead behavioral assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide clinical supervision to ensure the highest quality of care for children and individuals with neurodevelopmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and diagnostic evaluations, to identify client needs and inform treatment strategies Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans grounded in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles Collect and analyze data meticulously to track progress and adjust interventions as needed for optimal outcomes Provide clinical supervision and training to behavior technicians and staff, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and best practices in behavior analysis Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to facilitate effective communication and support client goals across settings Perform patient assessments, manage medical documentation, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations for confidentiality and privacy Support intake processes by conducting initial evaluations and contributing to treatment planning for new clients Requirements Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or eligibility for certification with relevant experience in applied behavior analysis Proven experience working with children or individuals with disabilities, especially those with autism spectrum disorders or neurodevelopmental disorders Strong knowledge of behavioral psychological assessments, functional assessment techniques, and behavior intervention strategies Experience working in home-based settings or school environments is highly desirable Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and documentation standards aligned with HIPAA guidelines Excellent client communication skills coupled with the ability to build trusting relationships with clients and their families Demonstrated ability to perform data collection accurately and utilize data-driven decision-making in treatment planning Join us in making a difference!
