Soar Autism Center is expanding high-quality early intervention care across the Phoenix metro so more families can access exceptional autism services closer to home. As a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the West Valley, you'll help bring exceptional early intervention center-based care to communities where families deserve more access, more choice, and a clinical team deeply committed to serving them. At Soar, you'll provide play-based Applied Behavior Analysis informed by the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) for children ages 2-6, working alongside SLPs, OTs, psychologists, and other clinicians.
Role Details Base pay:
$86,000-$113,500 per year
Bonus:
Annual performance bonus potential up to $3,800, plus up to an $10,000 sign-on bonus based on start date and location. Additional compensation beyond the range for achieving clinical certifications.
Hybrid:
1 work-from-home day per week for each BCBA, with some opportunity for 2 work-from-home days, depending on center maturity, clinical needs, and team coordination.
Caseload:
7-9 children per BCBA , designed for depth and quality of care What You'll Do Design and implement individualized, naturalistic center-based ABA for children ages 2-6 in an early intervention setting Use ESDM-informed strategies, with comprehensive training provided Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, psychologists, and other clinicians on integrated assessments and treatment plans Conduct standardized assessments, track progress, and adjust treatment based on data and clinical judgment Partner with families through clear guidance, compassionate communication, and practical support Help bring high-quality autism care to more children and families across the West Valley Qualifications Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification LBA in Arizona ABA early intervention experience Preferred background in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or a related field What Soar Offers Medical, dental, and vision coverage, including medical plans with a $0 deductible 11 company holidays plus 15-20 additional paid days off 401(k) with company contribution after one year Student loan repayment assistance ESDM training, continuing education, and support from national clinical experts Multiple pathways for clinical and leadership growth If you're a BCBA who wants to practice high-quality center-based ABA while helping expand access to exceptional autism care across Phoenix, we'd love to meet you.
