As a Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you'll lead clinical care for your caseload- designing individualized treatment plans, supervising Behavior Technicians and Program Managers, and partnering directly with families to drive real progress.
What We're Offering:
Potential Annual Salary:
$82,000+ based on experience, skills, tenure, and geographyBonus:

Hybrid Flexibility:
Build a schedule around a mix of in-person (in-home, school, and/or center-based) supervision and telehealth, including up to 50% remote work for your in-home cases. Monday-Friday, no required Saturdays- you're in control.
Manageable Caseloads:
Every caseload is built using our Caseload Summary Tool- balancing therapy hours, supervision needs, and time-of-day scheduling before it ever lands on your plate.
Ongoing Clinical Support:
Comprehensive training in your first 4 weeks (clinical best practices, Central Reach, goal writing, CPT codes, telehealth assessments), plus monthly CEUs, an annual in-house research conference, and weekly office hours with our Clinical Development team.Benefits Highlights:
