Job Description

This role is designed for graduate students or members of our profession pursuing certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role focuses on unrestricted (indirect) fieldwork hours , including assessment, data analysis, behavior plan development, and clinical systems work. You will carry a direct therapy caseload under supervision of a BCBA.
Tasks include:
Assess complex cases Analyze behavioral patterns Develop effective interventions Navigate real-world systems and documentation What You'll Do (Unrestricted Fieldwork Activities) Assist and conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) Develop Behavior Support Plans (BSP) Conduct data analysis and trend interpretation Draft clinical reports and documentation Review treatment plans and recommend updates Participate in supervision, case review, and team discussions Assist with clinical systems, workflows, and quality processes Why This Role Is Different Most fieldwork sites focus heavily on direct therapy hours.
You will build:
High-quality unrestricted hours (required for BCBA certification) Exposure to adult populations (IDD/DD) — a rare and valuable skillset Experience with consultative ABA models Real-world understanding of clinical operations and systems Consultants are considered for future full-time employee positions within the agency. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree (required) Special Education Counseling or related field Eligible to accrue BCBA fieldwork hours under BACB requirements Strong interest in applied behavior analysis and clinical development Ability to work independently and receive feedback Professional communication and documentation skills Preferred Candidates currently enrolled in a Master's program in:

Behavior Analyst, BCBA Mentorship, Behavioral Consultant, ABA Pay:
$15.00 - $24.00 per hour
