Part-Time/Full-Time About the Position Remedy Therapy ABA & Family Services is looking for a compassionate, reliable, and motivated Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to join our growing team in Dover, DE. This is a part-time to full-time Monday-Friday position , working with children in their homes, daycare, and/or school settings. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with children, values meaningful relationships, and wants to make a positive impact through individualized, play-based ABA therapy. Our approach is naturalistic, child-led, and relationship-based. We focus on intrinsic motivation and helping children develop meaningful skills within their everyday environments. Schedule Monday-Friday 7:00 AM-1:00 PM Part-Time/Full-time, approximately 15-30 hours per week Benefits & Perks Mileage reimbursement for travel between clients CPR certification paid for by Remedy Therapy RBT certification and training paid for by Remedy Therapy Major holidays fully paid Accrued sick time Ongoing training and professional development Supportive BCBA supervision and clinical team Responsibilities Provide individualized ABA therapy Implement treatment plans and behavior support strategies under BCBA supervision Collect accurate and timely data during sessions Support communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills Build positive, trusting relationships with clients and families Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and other members of the treatment team Participate in ongoing training and professional development Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards What We're Looking For Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred RBT certification preferred, but not required—we will provide and pay for RBT training/certification Reliable transportation Ability to travel between client locations as needed Dependable, punctual, and organized Compassionate, patient, and energetic Comfortable engaging in play and following a child's interests Strong communication and teamwork skills Open to feedback and committed to continued learning Why Join Remedy Therapy?
