We provide high-quality, individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in home and community-based settings . Our mission is to create positive growth for every child and family we serve while supporting our team with a collaborative, encouraging work environment. We are seeking motivated and compassionate Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team in the DFW Metroplex. As a BT/RBT, you'll work directly with children to implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA. Responsibilities Deliver ABA therapy to children with autism in home and community settings Follow treatment plans and teaching procedures developed by supervising BCBA Collect and record accurate data on client progress Collaborate with families and caregivers to support skill development Attend supervision sessions and ongoing training as required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (required) RBT certification preferred (training available for BTs) Experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred) Strong communication, patience, and reliability Must pass background check and meet state requirements Compensation & Benefits Flexible hours to fit a schedule that works for the candidate Paid training for those pursuing RBT certification Supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunity to grow with Canyon Therapy as we expand services Location Positions available throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex . canyonaba.com
