In this role, you will design, implement, and monitor evidence-based behavioral strategies to promote meaningful progress in clients' communication, social skills, and daily living. Your expertise will drive positive outcomes by conducting thorough assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, and collaborating closely with families, educators, and healthcare professionals. Duties Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and strengths Develop individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles tailored to each client's goals Implement behavioral interventions using evidence-based techniques to improve communication, social skills, and adaptive behaviors Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to track progress and inform treatment adjustments in compliance with HIPAA regulations Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and staff to ensure fidelity of intervention delivery Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans and facilitate consistent implementation of strategies Maintain accurate medical records, intake documentation, and progress reports in accordance with medical terminology standards Skills Extensive knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques rooted in applied behavior analysis (ABA) Proven experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and documentation for clinical decision-making Ability to perform patient assessments and conduct diagnostic evaluations with sensitivity and professionalism Familiarity with medical records management, HIPAA compliance, and medical terminology relevant to behavioral health settings Excellent communication skills for training staff and engaging with families effectively Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Join us as a BCBA to empower individuals through innovative behavioral interventions!
