Key Qualifications:
Current license to practice Physical Therapy Previous inpatient hospital PT experience preferred Demonstrated ability to deliver evidence-based patient care Strong communication and teamwork skills Active BLS certification
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and develop individualized therapy plans for inpatients Deliver hands-on rehab and monitor progress toward recovery goals Participate in collaborative care teams, contributing expertise in mobility and function Accurately document assessments and interventions in the electronic medical record Educate patients and families on ongoing rehabilitation and at-home exercises
