Supportive, family-centered culture Collaborative and compassionate leadership team Flexible scheduling options Professional growth and leadership opportunities Meaningful and rewarding work with lasting impact Competitive compensation with personalized packages Opportunity to work across multiple settings and populations (multi cultural) Our Service Model We proudly provide ABA services in the following settings: Clinic (Orlando only) Home School Key Responsibilities Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Design, supervise, and monitor evidence-based ABA programming Supervise, mentor, and support RBTs and behavior technicians Analyze clinical data and modify treatment plans to ensure meaningful progress Provide parent training and caregiver support Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation Ensure ethical and high-quality service delivery aligned with BACB standards

Qualifications Required:

Active BCBA Certification in good standing with the BACB Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field Strong clinical, communication, organizational, and leadership skills Experience working with children and families in ABA settings Ability to work collaboratively in clinic, home, and/or school environments

Preferred:
