Nevada (Hybrid - In-home & Remote Supervision) We are hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid role that combines in-home services with remote supervision. Responsibilities Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze client needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide in-home supervision and support to clients and families Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed Collaborate with caregivers and other professionals Maintain accurate documentation and reports Stay updated on evidence-based ABA practices Requirements Active BCBA certification (required) Nevada LBA required (GA or IN LBA is a plus) Experience working as a BCBA or in a similar role Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to meet 120 billable hours per month Reliable, responsive, and team-oriented Work Schedule Full-Time or Part-Time options available Hybrid model: In-home services + remote supervision Must be comfortable with some local travel Compensation & Benefits Starting salary: $90,000+ annually Performance-based bonus structure Health, dental, and vision insurance (after 3 months) Paid time off (PTO) #INDW3
