Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Make a meaningful impact as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst supporting students through a part-time, virtual opportunity. This contract role is ideal for an experienced BCBA who enjoys providing expert supervision and guidance. You'll work with a motivated Registered Behavior Technician in need of supervision and assistance with the renewal competency assessment. With a flexible schedule and a limited time commitment, this position enables professionals to contribute valuable skills while balancing other professional or personal priorities.
Qualifications/Experience:
Active BCBA certification Current Louisiana Licensed Behavior Analyst (LA LBA) license (required) Experience with virtual supervision strongly preferred Familiarity with renewal competency assessments for RBTs Strong communication skills and organized approach to remote work Commitment to ethical, high-quality support and supervision standards
Role Highlights:
Provide virtual supervision for 2 hours per week (8 hours monthly) Support a dedicated RBT, guiding them through the renewal competency assessment process Ensure adherence to professional and licensure standards throughout supervision Document supervision activities and provide timely, constructive feedback Collaborate with school teams as appropriate to maximize student outcomes Engage in the assignment from ASAP through May 19, 2027, with primary focus between August 4, 2026, and end date Benefit from an additional bonus as recognition for your supervisory contribution If you are a qualified, licensed BCBA seeking a flexible, remote support opportunity, this is the role for you.
